Who handles your information

What I receive
If you use the order form, I receive the service you selected, its displayed starting price, your name and email address, and any messenger contact or project details you choose to add. If you email me directly, I receive the information in your message. The website and its service providers may also process technical information needed to load the pages and handle a submission.
Why I use it
I use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss the requested service, prepare a proposal and communicate about a potential project. The basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering a message you sent. I do not use form inquiries for a mailing list or automated decisions.
Services involved
The order form sends submissions to FormSubmit, which processes the form data so it can be delivered to my email inbox. The website is hosted by ChatGPT Sites. The pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data, and information may be handled outside your country. Their own privacy terms apply to their services. Links to Telegram, Instagram and Behance take you to those platforms.
How long it is kept
I keep correspondence while an inquiry or project is active and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up or applicable legal obligations. You can ask me to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days; its own terms describe its processing.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows. You may also have a right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email designer.blazhkoiryna@gmail.com with your request. I may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on it.
